ADULTS:

Contagious Christianity               Instructor : William Rawe                         Room 202

Does the word "evangelism" strike fear into your heart? It doesn't have to be that way. God has called each and every one of us to be a contagious Christian, and it all starts with relationship. This class will help you:

  • Discover your own natural evangelism style
  • Develop a contagious Christian character
  • Build spiritually strategic relationships
  • Learn to direct conversations toward matters of faith
  • Share biblical truths in everyday language

 Study the Bible in Context          Instructor : Ricky Hazelton                      Room 203

The Bible is the word of God and although it was written thousands of years ago, it contains many layers of timeless revelation that directly impact our lives as believers today. In this Bible study we will endeavor to understand the cultural and historical context in which the word of God was given to us. By understanding these factors we can fully appreciate the vastness of the word and continue to let its message direct our lives as believers in Jesus.

Life Apps Connect Group            Instructor Marty & Missy Hatley              Room 212

Life Apps is a connect group that focuses on applying biblical principles to all areas of Christian family life. We cover life issues in the areas of parenting, marriage, and finances. The group will break each topic up into six week blocks to follow the Wednesday night class schedule. Since the blocks are only six weeks in length as we move from block to block we will keep the topics focused on certain areas of parenting, marriages, and finances. The first six week block of 2012 we will be focusing on parenting with the main focus on parenting through a connection. We will be looking at ways to increase the relationship we have with our kids by focusing on a connection with them versus rule compliance. The second block of 2012 we will be focusing on wisdom. We will be using a book entitled "Making Life Work". This book explores how to incorporate Godly wisdom into the daily lives of our families.

Meet with us Wednesday nights for a girls only club filled with fun lessons, crafts and games. Girls will be learning more about Christ and discover all He has in for them and having a great time making new friends and having a fun filled night learning and discovering new things in God Word. Bring your friends anytime. Snacks will be provided.

Today's preteens are facing incredible issues in their young lives, things like bullying, family relationships, puberty, acceptance, emotions, questioning their faith and where they

fit into God's plan and so much more. FLYTE plan is designed just for your tween and what they are going through and to guide them to Godly answers to discover the plan He has for their lives. Please joins us for as we take FLYTE and have a fun filled night with crafts, games, videos and much more as we soar to new heights to discover our Faith, our Life and to connect Together to serve Christ. Boys and Girls will have seperate classes, bring a friend anytime.. First 12 weeks will cover Heaven, Change and Family.


                      
YOUTH:
      * Amplify Youth Service

Our Youth Ministry is for teens in grades 7 through 12. Our Youth meet at the church every Wednesday evening from 7:00–8:30 pm. While they have lots of fun when they're together, the goal of our Youth Ministry is to: Instill in each individual the need for a radical and unexplainable devotion to Christ. Encourage teens to make their relationship with Christ real and accessible. Show teens how to live out the Great Commission in the spirit of the Great Commandment. Help teens find out why they believe what they believe Show teens a healthy balance of relevance of and reverence towards the atoning work of Christ, not only 2000 years ago but in their lives today. Give teens the tools necessary to stand firm in the midst of ever increasing opposition to all that they believe. Show teens that God is Love and His word is a living, breathing love story that continues to be written. Multiply the intensity of worship and prayer in their lives, both inside AND outside the church. Increase their level of knowledge of the Bible so that it can be put to practical use when witnessing to their peers. Help teens build a firm foundation of faith that will withstand the storms of life and give them a hiding place to turn to in times of trouble. Inspire each of our teens to start a revolution!
