Melissa Hatley – Worship Leader

“Worship gives us an amazing opportunity to open our hearts and talents to discover more about who God is,” Melissa Hatley says with a radiant smile. As the Worship Director for Fountain of Life International, her desire is to discover ways to express worship that always follow the revelation God gives about Himself.

Missy, as everyone calls her, has been a vital part of the worship team for many years, along with her husband, Marty. In fact, the couple met at FLI when she and Marty were just teenagers. Missy and Marty have four children – Robert, Britta, Mason and Justin.

Esther Lindfors – Missions Pastor

The daughter of Native American Missionaries, Esther spent her most of her childhood on various reservations in Arizona and New Mexico and developed a heart to see people from other cultures come into the Kingdom.

Esther met her husband, Bob, at FLI over 25 years ago, and they have served together in various positions at the church. Their son, Paul is a student at ASU.

Esther was appointed Outreach Director at Fountain of Life in 1997 and ordained as a Pastor in 2008. She has taught at the American Indian College of the Assemblies of God and served on several international missions boards.

With over 22 years teaching experience, Esther brings a teaching anointing to the Outreach Department in training for short term trips, teaching missions classes, and encouraging those who have a long-term interest in missions. Her goal is to see every attendee of Fountain of Life become involved in cross-cultural ministry to see the Kingdom of God advance.

William and Autumn Rawe - Connect Group Directors

William and Autumn have been involved in volunteer ministry for over fifteen years, providing leadership in such areas as ushering, worship, teaching and preaching, men's ministry, women's ministry, and children's ministry. Their passion is to help people develop a closer walk with Jesus Christ, and obtain a better, clearer, and more personal understanding of the nature of God, and the purpose of humanity's journey through this world. They hope that through the Connect Groups ministry, people might begin to experience the deeper things of God.
